Wild Plant Walk
Edible and Medicinal Plants

Sunday, April 26, 2015

10am – 5pm

If you want to learn more about foraging for wild plants/mushrooms and their medical, religious, culinary and other uses, here is your chance! Come to our wild plant walk.

Join us for a day of teaching and discovery on ethnobotany/mycology with Mycol Stevens. Mycol has been living off the grid for over 12 years and is a scientist; an ethnobotanist reconstructionist with a background in environmental engineering and aquatic ecology.

This is a great opportunity to create community and to learn how the plants in our area can benefit our lives.

For more information on Mycol you can check out Finca Mycol and this article http://twistedsouth.com/off-the-grid-with-fun-guy-and-all-around-dichotomist-mycol-stevens/

See you there! 🙂
